Vadiv Footwear – Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Vadiv Footwear is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the product. After 7 days, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused and in the same condition as received
• Be returned in the original packaging
• Include the original invoice or proof of purchase
Products must not be sent directly to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Gift cards
• Discounted or sale products
• Products returned in used or unhygienic condition based on footwear hygiene standards
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be provided in the following situations:
• Items showing visible signs of use
• Items not in original condition or missing packaging or accessories
• Items returned after the 7-day return window
All such approvals are subject to Vadiv Footwear’s inspection and quality check.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the customer will be notified regarding approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund timelines may vary based on bank or payment provider processing.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are offered under the following conditions:
• Size-related issues
• Defective or damaged products
Customers must share clear product photos along with order details while requesting an exchange.
Gift Orders
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit may be issued. If the gift was received by the purchaser first, refunds will be processed only to the original purchaser.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before processing or before being marked as “Ready to Ship.”
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
Company-Initiated Cancellations
Vadiv Footwear reserves the right to cancel an order in situations such as:

• Payment failure or incomplete details
• Incorrect shipping information
• Order fails verification checks
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.
Order Modifications
