Vadiv Footwear is committed to ensuring a seamless delivery experience for every customer. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your online orders are processed, shipped, and delivered across India.

Order Processing and Dispatch

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation
• Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) may be dispatched only after verification (via call or message)
• Processing may be delayed due to high demand, product availability, or unforeseen operational factors

Customers will receive tracking details once the order has been shipped.

Delivery Timeline

• Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days depending on your location and courier service availability
• Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days
• Delivery to remote or rural locations may take additional time
• Delays caused by courier issues, weather, strikes, or uncontrollable conditions are not the responsibility of Vadiv Footwear
However, we will assist in resolving such delays wherever possible

Delivery Service Area

We deliver PAN India through trusted courier logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, and others, depending on serviceability of the destination PIN code.

If the provided address becomes non-serviceable after dispatch, the order may be returned to us and reshipped upon customer request (additional fees may apply).

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999
• Shipping charges for orders below ₹999 will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation
• Any special delivery fees (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned in the order summary

There are no hidden charges.

Pickup orders must be collected only after receiving confirmation that the order is ready.

Order Receipt and Delivery Confirmation

• Shipments are insured until they are delivered
• A delivery OTP, signature, or acknowledgement scan may be required to complete delivery
• If a third party (e.g., family member, security personnel) receives the package at the address, it will be treated as successful delivery

Once delivered as per the courier scan, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Incorrect or incomplete address may result in:

• Delivery failure
• Return-to-origin (RTO)
• Additional charges for re-delivery (if applicable)

Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

• COD availability is based on courier serviceability for your location
• COD orders may require confirmation before shipment
• Refusal or non-acceptance of COD packages may lead to restrictions on future COD orders

Tracking

A shipment tracking link or number will be shared through SMS/WhatsApp/email after dispatch.
Tracking visibility depends on courier network updates.
